  • ¼ cup fat-free half & half
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder, unflavored or vanilla-flavor
  • 1 packet low-calorie sweetener (optional)
  • Crushed ice

Combine in a blender until smooth, or mix well in a glass or shaker cup.
