Overnight Oats
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop unflavored whey protein powder
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups low-fat milk

Makes 2 servings

  1. Gently mix the unflavored whey protein and rolled oats in a bowl.
  2. Add the frozen blueberries and milk to the oat-protein mixture and mix it all together.
  3. Place a lid or place on top of the bowl (You can also transfer the mixture to a mason jar and place a lid on it).
  4. Refrigerate overnight.
  5. Enjoy!
