- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop unflavored whey protein powder
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 cups low-fat milk

Makes 2 servings
- Gently mix the unflavored whey protein and rolled oats in a bowl.
- Add the frozen blueberries and milk to the oat-protein mixture and mix it all together.
- Place a lid or place on top of the bowl (You can also transfer the mixture to a mason jar and place a lid on it).
- Refrigerate overnight.
