  • 6 oz low-fat vanilla yogurt (or any fruit flavor)
  • ½ cup pomegranate juice, unsweetened
  • ½ cup berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), fresh or frozen, unsweetened
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder, unflavored or vanilla-flavor
  • Crushed ice (optional)

Combine in a blender until smooth.

Variations:

  • Use fat-free yogurt to save 70 calories
  • For extra protein and flavor, add 2 tablespoons sliced almonds (add 70 calories, 6 g fat, 2 g protein)
